There are so many Courses available. What are the differences?

Although it sometimes can seem overwhelming with the amount of websites offering Driver education, there are really actually only 2 general types:

A Online, Text" or textbook Courses: These include most of the CD ROM and Onine courses offered today. The teaching method is simply reading retention. We do not reccommend these courses.

B Online CBT Course:

Computer based training or CBT, was first developed in the 80's and has shown that students retain more when more of the students senses are used in the learning. With CBT the same information is sent to different senses, by utilizing graphics, audio, animations, and videos all intertwined.

CBT is still used today by the military and Industry as the number one form of training.

Now CBT is available for driver education. It keeps the student engaged while increasing the percentage of retention the student can acheive.

Therefore:

We recommend Virtual Drive of California as the best parent taught program currently available.
